If you have a complaint or an improvement suggestion about any of our services, please phone us on 01929 422231 and ask to speak with the practice manager. Any complaint will be investigated promptly through our in-house complaints procedure, which is available to download and view by following this link:>>   Alternatively, request a printed version from reception.

Whilst we would prefer to deal with your complaints internally, you do have the right nevertheless to make your complaint directly to NHS England.
