Requesting Repeat Prescriptions
Please request your medications at least seven working days before they run out. We ask that all patients sign up to the Electronic Prescribing Service and nominate a pharmacy. To request medication, please do this via the NHS app, sign up for online access with our reception team, put in a written request via our letterbox or contact your pharmacists.
Please note, as of the 29th December 2025, the practice no longer accepts emailed prescription requests from patients. Any such requests will not be actioned and will be deleted from the system. Please note that we do not take prescription requests over the phone.
Ordering Repeat Prescriptions Online
You can order repeat prescriptions quickly and easily online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Paper Repeat Prescription Requests
If you are not able to order your repeat prescriptions online, your prescription request can be made in person at the surgery or via your pharmacy. Paper requests may be posted through the Practice letterbox outside the surgery front entrance. The letterbox is checked regularly through surgery opening hours. Please note that we do not take prescription requests over the phone.
Pharmacies
Your local pharmacy (chemist) will answer any questions you may have regarding your medication and will be able to provide advice and over the counter treatments for minor ailments. They can also look after some of your other healthcare needs, and it is worth asking each of them for the details of the services they provide. Your local paper has details of pharmacies open late on weekdays and on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Or you can search online using the NHS Pharmacy opening hours page:>>
