Asthma

Asthma is a common lung condition that causes occasional breathing difficulties. An asthma review can help lower your risk of an asthma attack. Before your Asthma review, complete our Asthma Pre-Review form online:>>

Blood Pressure

We encourage patients to monitor their own Blood Pressure at home. High blood pressure (hypertension) can put a strain on your arteries and organs, which can increase your risk of developing serious problems such as heart attacks and strokes.  Low blood pressure (hypotension) isn't usually as serious, although it can cause dizziness and fainting in some people.

Checking your blood pressure regularly, is the only way to determine if your blood pressure is too high or too low because most people won't have any obvious symptoms. Keeping an eye on your blood pressure is easy and could save your life.
